Registration is on a space available basis, first come, first served. Registrations are due one calendar week before the event. Any book orders for events are due two weeks before the event. We are happy to take your phone calls to reserve a space. However, the space is not assured until we have received your deposit. In case you are not able to attend the event, your deposit will be considered a donation. We take cash or check. We are not yet able to accept credit cards for registrations.
